Share your vision, colours, and sponsor requirements. Our team helps you refine the perfect look. Send us your logo(s) and we’ll create or adapt your design, refining colours with swatches or Pantones if needed.
Approval & Sizing
Once the design is finalised, we confirm sizes for every rider to ensure the best fit. Please let us know if you need your kit before a specific event so we can prioritise production.
Production & Delivery
Using premium Italian fabrics and expert South African craftsmanship, your kit is made with care and delivered on time, ready for the road.
With your approval, sizes, and deposit in place, we’ll begin production.

Pricing & Payment
All checkout prices already include VAT, and you’ll be charged at the time your order is placed.
When will materials be back in stock?
Our pads/materials are restocked as soon as supplier production and import customs allow.
How long will it take to receive my order, and what are the delivery options?
Our standard production lead time is 3–4 weeks from design approval, sizes confirmed, and deposit paid. Once complete, delivery takes 2–4 days depending on location. Orders are shipped via local courier straight to your door (local delivery R140). International delivery costs and lead times vary by courier. Collection can also be arranged.
What if my product has a manufacturing fault?
While rare, faults can happen. Please contact us if you believe your item is faulty. Faults don’t include wear from long-term use. Once we receive the returned goods, you’ll receive a credit towards your next order.
What is your returns policy?
You may return items within 30 days of receipt if they are in original, unwashed, and unworn condition. Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from us. Please email us with your reason for return, and ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
